The Fine Print

Payouts are flat: $50 per referred homeowner and $100 per referred agent, brokerage, or property management company — once per referred account.
A referral counts when they sign up with your link or code and their first paid campaign payment is made. Refunded or charged-back payments aren't eligible.
Your payout is routed to the method you choose (Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, or Apple Pay) after that payment clears.
Single level only — you earn on the people you refer directly, not on who they refer.
Self-referrals and referring your own accounts or properties aren't eligible.
We may ask for tax details (such as a W-9) where required. Promote honestly and follow Fair Housing rules in anything you post.
